Today has been a good day so far. I am missing my hubby some kindof bad. He has to work the weekends. It makes it even worse knowing that he isn't feeling well and still having to work. My moods seem to be leveling out, HURRAY!!!! I think it's because Aunt Flo is in town and maybe that means that the hormone issue is getting better. I plan on going back to work February 14th and am kindof excited yet kindof scared. I am going to miss my baby boy soooo bad!!

What a day. I cried most of the day. Actually this week I decided that I have postpartum depression with help from my best friend Heidi and my husband. This has been a roller coaster ride!!!! I do love being a mommy but these hormones have got to straighten out!!! I just ask that all of my friends pray that this will go away soon and that God will keep me with positive thoughts so that I do not drive my dear husband crazy!!

Hmm.... I cried today. And I cried some more. And some more. Lots of reasons for the tears but I do need to learn to keep some of it in and not let it show so much! I sure do love my Baby Jayce, he is the one thing that made me smile today!

My girlfriends and I decided to go out tonight for a girl's night out. We went to The Mallard, a nice cafe in Summit, MS and had a nice dinner then went to the bar there for a few drinks. I started with an Amaretto Sour, then had a Crown with 7up, then vodka with redbull and cranberry juice. I started feeling a bit tipsy so I decided I was gonna drink beer so I had 3 Miller Lites. I vomited twice there and once when I got home and thought I was gonna vomit the next day. I will NEVER do that again. I had the worst headache ever and wanted nothing more than to be up with Jayce but gravity was pulling me down. I have decided to leave the bars to the younger ones and the next girls time out will have to be shopping and dinner, casino and dinner, or beech and dinner. No more getting wasted. I CAN'T HANG!!

Today was our very first doctor's appointment for Jayce. He is now 8 pounds 8 ounces and 21 inches long. Dr. Timothy Shann is his pediatrician ad he says Jayce is doing perfect! We are getting up every three to four hours at night to feed and change his diaper but that's it. He rocks back to sleep fairly easy. Jayce loves to be swaddled as well. Hope everyone is having a Happy New Year!!!
